He was married to the love of his life, Marcia Timm. They resided in Vergas, MN, Detroit Lakes, and Northfield. They enjoyed traveling, music, camping, and just spending time together, and with many friends and family.

He is survived by his wife, Marcia; children: Hayes (Kelly) Piker of Northfield, Stacy (Chris) Frerich of Cloquet, and Scott (Jen) Blatchford of Cloquet; 6 grandchildren; brother, Larry (Georgia) of Green Bay, WI; brothers-in-law: Ron (Jess) Timm of Santa Rosa, CA, Bob (Suzanne) Timm of Watertown, SD; sister-in-law, Marilyn (Andy) Caddle, of Knoxville, TN, as well as several dear nieces, nephews, cousins, and many many wonderful friends!

On June 4, 2016, Bob received his angel wings surrounded by loved ones at the Northfield Care Center. A private memorial service and celebration of Bob’s life will be held in Northfield.
