Julie Ann Neuhaus, age 61 of Dundas, passed away Sunday, May 19, 2019 at United Hospital in St. Paul. Julie Ann, the daughter of Milton and Beverly (Shields) Vosejpka, was born on November 2, 1957 in Northfield, MN. Julie graduated from Faribault High School with the class of 1975. Julie Ann Neuhaus, age 61 of Dundas, passed away Sunday, May 19, 2019 at United Hospital in St. Paul.

Julie Ann, the daughter of Milton and Beverly (Shields) Vosejpka, was born on November 2, 1957 in Northfield, MN. Julie graduated from Faribault High School with the class of 1975. Following a few different jobs, she found her true calling working as a Nursing Assistant at the Northfield Hospital for 41 years. During that time, she married the love of her life, Robert Neuhaus, on October 15, 1983 at St. Dominic’s Catholic Church in Northfield. While she wasn’t working, Julie loved watching amateur baseball, especially the Dundas Dukes. She also enjoyed reading, spending time with her family, and walking the family dog, Rubie. Julie was also a part of the Dundas Study Club as the Sunshine person.

Julie is survived by her husband of 35 years, Robert; daughter, Stephanie Neuhaus; father, Milton Vosejpka; sisters, Kathy (Marvin) Armstrong, Sue Sevcik, Carrie (Bryan) Emmers, Merry Vosejpka, and Jerney (Ralph) Miller; brothers, Kim Vosejpka and Shawn Vosejpka; sister in law, Elizabeth Truman; brothers in law, Theodore Neuhaus, John (Liama) Neuhaus, and Thomas (Barbara) Neuhaus; nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

She is preceded in death by her, mother, Beverly; mother and father in law, Marjorie and Lawrence Neuhaus; brothers in law, Jerome Sevcik and Gerald Truman; and nephew, Scott Truman.

Memorial Service will be 10:00 AM, Saturday, June 1, 2019 at All Saints Episcopal Church in Northfield. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 PM, Friday, May 31, 2019 at Bierman Funeral Home & Crematory.

    I worked with Julie at Northfield Hospital. I am so saddened to hear of her passing. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers. She will be greatly missed at the hospital. I remember spending nights talking to her about baseball.

    Robert and Stephanie. My thoughts and prayers are with you over your lose. Julie was a wonderful and caring woman. A number of years ago my mother was hospitalized and Julie came in to visit her. My mom beamed when talking of her.
    Julie was a cousin on my wife’s side of the family (Shields).
