Thank you so much for your help with all of the arrangements for my mother, and for just being there.  Death is an inevitable event for us all, but for those who remain amongst the living, a hard event to manage when one was so loved.  You became a part of the family quite honestly, and I attribute that to the passion and attention to detail by which you approach your profession.  I will always remember how much you lessened the burden and made my mother’s passing a little less painful.
