Betty Kendall, age 88, of Northfield, passed away Sunday morning, June 3, 2018, at Evergreen Lodge of the Northfield Retirement Community. Betty was born December 12, 1929, the daughter of Earl and Mildred (Randall) Baldick in Philadelphia, New York. She attended high school in Philadelphia and Edwards, New York. She then attended Central City Business Institute in Syracuse. Betty Kendall, age 88, of Northfield, passed away Sunday morning, June 3, 2018, at Evergreen Lodge of the Northfield Retirement Community.

Betty was born December 12, 1929, the daughter of Earl and Mildred (Randall) Baldick in Philadelphia, New York. She attended high school in Philadelphia and Edwards, New York. She then attended Central City Business Institute in Syracuse. In 1968, Betty began a long career with Carleton College working as a faculty secretary in the History and Modern Languages Department until 1972 and then from 1973 until her retirement in 1996, with the Economics and Sociology/Anthropology Department. Betty was a member of the VFW, American Legion and All Saints Episcopal Church

She is survived by two sons Earl (Christy) of Minneapolis, and Jim of Otsego, and one grandson Joe. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and two sisters.

Services will be at All Saints Episcopal Church in Northfield on Wednesday, June 6th at 2:00
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service in the church. Inurnment will be at the Cathedral of Our Merciful Saviour Columbarium in Faribault. biermanfuneralhome.com.
