Even though I only knew Sarah a short time at Greenvale Park Elementary, I already felt that she was a friend. Her warm, open nature made me feel welcome right away. She will be greatly missed by the whole Greenvale community and the Northfield community at large. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family now.

Sarah was the beautiful smile we saw after school every day as a crossing guard walking our girls home from school. She was truly a beautiful soul. ❤️

I was deeply saddened to hear of Sarah’s unexpected passing this week.

Sarah and I met in Charlotte, NC many years ago through MOPS (Mother’s of Preschoolers). Our children were young at that time, and we were an encouragement to each other as young moms and wives. What I remember most about Sarah was her love for people. I vividly recall the day many years ago when she showed up at my doorstep with two meals (yes TWO that she had lovingly prepared) and cleaned my house! I was sick that week, with three young children, and my family had just moved into a new house. That was Sarah. She loved well. Although we lost touch through the years, I know Sarah is in the presence of Christ, and we will have a lot of catching up to do one day in Heaven. I am praying much comfort for Sarah’s dear family and for all those who loved her. May God’s promises give you comfort during this very difficult time.

Cary and family-I am so very sorry. I will always remember your beautiful wedding and how Sarah just kicked off her shoes and danced in the rain. Your love was so evident and radiant. I send you all my love and peace and prayers.

We met Sarah when Cary brought his beautiful Bride home to St. Mary’s County, MD.
She was such a joyful, radiant Christian. We send love and prayers to Cary, Noah, Jillian, Toby, Addie-Kate, Dawn and Jim Moyer, the Tarrs and all the family. May the Lord give you His peace and comfort.

Sarah and Carey lives across the street from me in Harrisburg Pa and we became friends. I was deeply saddened when my wife shared the news of Sarah passing so unexpectedly. Sarah, you will be missed deeply by Susie and I as well as our children. May the God of all things Good weave threads of good in the lives of your children and your children’s children. Carey, you are loved and we are lifting you up to the Creator!
